I started Element Noir Realty because Nairobi's property market needed something different. A one-stop shop where both homeowners and investors could find their fit, seamlessly, without the usual noise. No gatekeeping. No favourites. Just great deals and honest guidance.

My background in Finance, BCom from the University of Nairobi, shapes how I approach every transaction. I don't just show you a property. I show you the numbers behind it: yield, capital appreciation, payment structure, and return on investment. Most agents can find you a home. I build the financial case for it.

The clients I love most are first-time buyers and investors taking their first step. Walking someone through the entire process and putting keys in their hands for the first time is why I do this. That moment is everything.
