Common Questions

When exactly do I get paid? +
Payment is made when the property transaction completes — meaning all funds have been transferred and the sale agreement is executed. We do not pay on inquiry or viewing, only on a closed deal. This is standard practice in real estate referral programmes globally.
How do I know my referral is being tracked? +
When you send us a referral via WhatsApp, Paul will confirm receipt and log your name against that contact. Before any deal progresses, we will send you a written confirmation — via WhatsApp or email — confirming your referral commission and the rate agreed. You will be kept updated throughout the process.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer? +
No limit whatsoever. Refer one person or one hundred — every completed deal earns you a commission. Some of our most active referrers earn consistently from their network throughout the year.
What if my referral doesn't buy immediately? +
Property decisions take time. If you refer someone today and they complete a purchase in six months, you still earn your commission — provided they were introduced by you and we have a record of the referral. We honour referrals for up to 12 months from initial introduction.
How is the commission rate determined? +
The rate is agreed personally between you and Paul before any deal progresses — based on the nature of the transaction and the referral. We don't publish a fixed rate publicly because we believe in rewarding referrers fairly on a case-by-case basis. What we always commit to: the rate is confirmed in writing before we proceed, so there are no surprises at completion.
How do I receive payment? +
Via M-Pesa or direct bank transfer — whichever you prefer. Payment is made within 5 business days of deal completion. For diaspora referrers, we can arrange SWIFT transfer to an international bank account.
